1. Overview

2. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All orders must be paid in full through our available online payment methods before shipment.
3. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
· The product received is damaged, defective, or expired.
· The wrong item was delivered.
· The product is missing from the order.
To be eligible for a return:
· The request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
· Clear photos and videos of the product and packaging must be provided.
· The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
· Opened or used cosmetics.
· Beauty and skincare products with broken seals.
· Makeup products that have been tested or used.
· Personal care items.
· Fashion accessories worn or damaged after delivery.
· Products purchased during clearance, sale, or promotional events unless received damaged.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only if:
· An incorrect product was delivered.
· The product arrived damaged or defective.
Subject to stock availability, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
6. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

2. Provide your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.
3. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
4. If approved, return instructions will be shared.
9. Refund Processing Time
After approval:
· Bank/Card Payments: 5–10 business days
· UPI/Wallet Payments: 2–7 business days
